Delivery and Returns Information


This is my page of FAQs about the delivery of orders, and how returns are handled. If you have a question that is not listed here, please ask me via the 'Contact' page and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

 

  • Which countries do you post to?

Currently, I only post offer UK postage on this website, but this may change to include more countries in the future. However, in my Etsy shop I offer postage to the U.S., New Zealand, Australia, Canada & Europe. The reason I offer this option on Etsy only is because they have a brilliant currency converter that stays up-to-date and allows you to see the prices in your own currency if you wish. Please view the policies in my Etsy shop to see shipping prices and delivery prices for these countries.

 

  • Which mail delivery service(s) do you use?

I use the Royal Mail standard first class service for all orders up to £20. For orders above £20 and up to £50 I use the Royal Mail first class signed-for service (which requires a signature on delivery). Orders above £50 will be sent via a Collect+ courier (where a signature will also be required).
Proof of postage is obtained for all parcels I send.

 

  • How long will the cards take to deliver?

Royal Mail first class services will deliver within 1-2 working days of posting, and the Collect+ courier will take 3-5 working days.

 

  • What if my cards don’t arrive?

If your cards haven’t arrived within 14 days of your order, please let me know via the contact page so I can send a replacement (or issue a refund, depending on your preference.)

 

  • What if I’m not happy with my cards?

My ultimate aim is always a happy customer, so I make every effort to make sure the cards arrive safely and looking their best. But if you are unhappy with the cards when they are delivered (perhaps they were damaged on arrival or were not what you were expecting), please get in touch within 14 days and I will accept returns, offer a refund, and/or replace the card(s), depending on the situation. Whatever the problem, I will aim to resolve it efficiently and to your satisfaction.

 

  • How do I return my order?

Please let me know within 14 days of receiving your order that you would like to make a return. Please message me via the 'Contact' page, stating what you would like to return and why, along with your full name and/or your order number. I will then work to resolve the problem as soon as possible.

If you do need to return your order, I will let you know how to go about this. The conditions of returns are as follows: a) the item(s) must be sent back within 30 days of you receiving the order, and b) the cards must be packed securely (preferably in their original packaging), and in their original condition/form. Returns that don’t meet these requirements will most likely be rejected. Also, if possible, please send the cards back using the same delivery service that they were delivered by (see above for more details), and obtain proof of posting from the post office.

 

  • Who pays for the posting of returns?
The buyer must pay any return postage costs themselves, unless the reason for the return is due to a mistake I have made, or is due to a fault with the item(s). But this will be decided via communications prior to the return being sent, so please always get in touch with me first.
 
 
  • Do I get the original delivery charge refunded if I return my order?
If you let me know within 14 days of receiving your order that you would like to cancel and return the whole order back to me, then I will refund the entire order including the original delivery charge...as long as the conditions of returns are met (see the 'How do I return my order?' question above). If I'm not notified within 14 days that you would like to return your order, I'm afraid the original delivery charge will not be refunded.
 
 
  • How much is delivery?
Whether you buy 1 or 50 cards, the delivery cost is only ever a flat price of £1…no more, no less.
